This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not providing OD duties to the petitioner, who is suffering from CVA with left upper and lower limb weakness with slum of speach (CVD with Hemiparasis).

Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that respondent No.4-Depot Manager, TSRTC, Warangal-I Depot agreed to consider the representation, dated 30.06.2016, submitted by the petitioner favourably.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is closed. Respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation, dated 30.06.2016, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders.
