Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

Learned Government Pleader has placed before this Court a communication No.B/157/2006 dated 9.4.2015 to state that the Special Deputy Collector, Jawahar Lift Irrigation Project, Gadwal has taken initiation and deposited a sum of Rs.7,30,959/- to the credit of E.P.No.22/2008 in O.P.No.6/2005 in the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal along with a memo of calculation. Instant communication substantially redresses the grievance of the petitioner against non-payment of enhanced compensation. For the present the writ petition is therefore disposed of by placing on record the communication dated 9.4.2015. The petitioner is at liberty to take available legal objections in the pending E.P. against any amount still outstanding.
