ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.61 of 2013 of Tiruchanur Police Station, Tirupathi, Chittoor District. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint in the above crime was referred as civil dispute and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
