No.2 of 2018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Shaik Karimulla, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for Respondent, the Court made the following
ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The condition, imposed after modifying the order dated 08.08.2018 in the Criminal Petition, vide I.A.No.2 of 2018, in respect of the presence of petitioner before thc SHO concerned is modified to the extent as under:
"The petitioner is directeC to appear trefore the Station l{ouse Officer concerned, once in a month on every first Sunday between 05.00 p.m., and 05.00 p.m., till the end of trial, instead of 'once in a week on every Sunday between 05,OO p.m. and 06.0O p.m. till filing of charge sheet and later once in a month i.e., on first Sunday between O5.OO p.m. and 06.00 p.m."
The rest of the conditions hold good.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
