THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33688 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed challenging the seizure of the vehicle bearing No.TS 28 T 1819, TATA ACE Auto, under the Essential Commodities Act, by the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle seized was released and as such, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
