HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1922 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging the wilful disobedience of the order dated 13.07.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22591 of 2016.

At the time of hearing, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (A.P.), has placed on record, the order dated 08.11.2016, passed by the respondent-Contemnor and a copy of the same has been made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Inasmuch as, the order dated 13.07.2016, passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this Contempt Case. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take appropriate steps if he is otherwise aggrieved by the order of the respondent-Contemnor.
