On perusal of the record, even when the matter was listed on the earlier dates, there was no representation for petitioners as such this Court had dismissed the petition for non-prosecution.

I see no grounds to list out the petition under the caption for being mentioned. Accordingly, the IA is disposed off. However, options are left open to the petitioners to seek remedy if so advised.
