Since the petitioners have availed remedy of appeal against the award impugned in the writ petition, learned counsel for petitioners does not press the writ prayer and submits that respondents 1 and 2 may be directed to consider and dispose of the stay petition filed by petitioners.

The statement is placed on record.

The petitioners are given liberty to request the appellate authority by enclosing a copy of this order for consideration and disposal of stay petition filed by the petitioners. On such request being made, the appellate authority disposes of the stay petition within four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
