Heard Mr.D.Sunil Kumar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for School Education.

Learned counsel appearing for parties submit that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered in favour of petitioner by the order of this Court in W.P.No.23093 of 2004 and request the Court to allow the writ petition on the same terms.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is allowed in terms of order dated 11.07.2005 in W.P.No.23093 of 2004.

It is further brought to the notice of the Court that writ appeal filed against the order dated 11.07.2005 was dismissed and same was also confirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No order as to costs.
