THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3720 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard.

2. This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the Junior Civil Judge, Atmakur to dispose of the E.O.P.No.1 of 2013, which is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the evidence in the E.O.P. is completed and as a matter of fact the contesting first respondent, who was declared to have been elected, was set ex parte, whose term itself will be over by the year 2018, and orders in the E.O.P. are not yet passed.

4. In those circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Junior Civil Judge, Atmakur, to dispose of the E.O.P.No.1 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
