This petition is filed to withdraw the F.C.O.P.No.16 of 2015, filed by the respondent/husband under Section 13 (1) (a) & (b) of Hindu Marriage Act, from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Medak, and transfer the same to the Family Court at Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that the respondent has no objection for transfer of OP. In view of the same, the other allegations made in the transfer CMP as well as counter need not be adverted, as they are not necessary.

In view of the same FC.O.P.No.16 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Medak and transferred to Family Court, Hyderabad for disposal in accordance with law.
