THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7596 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.223 of 2017 of Tandur Police Station, Vikarabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B) and 30 of Arms Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the investigation is completed and police filed charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate; therefore, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive any further for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
