The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to renew the request before the trial Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his request before the trial Court, in which event, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations, if any, made by this Court.
