THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7600 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.632 of 2018 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Medchal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342 & 394 IPC.

This criminal petition is also filed for compounding of the offences, punishable under Sections 341, 342 & 394 IPC. But, when charge sheet is filed at this stage, this Court cannot compound the offences. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, submits that, entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed by the prosecution on 13.07.2018. Hence, in view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive any further for adjudication. In the result, criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned court.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
