Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent nos.1 to 3, and Sri Muzaffar Ali Khan, counsel for respondent nos.4 to 6.

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition alleging that 3rd respondent is not investigating FIR.No.100 of 2016 dt.09.07.2016 on the file of 3rd respondent.

In the said complaint, the petitioner has alleged that his wife is under the custody of his father-in-law (4th respondent), and there is threat that the 4th respondent might cause mis-carriage to his wife, and that she was being tortured by 4th respondent.

4. This Court directed the 3rd respondent to produce the wife of petitioner before this Court and she appeared today and stated that the allegations made by petitioner are false; and that she is not willing to stay with the petitioner.

5. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to petitioner.

6. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
