No. 8579 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) In pursuance of the order dated 20.06.2017 passed by this Court, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are personally present and seek unconditional apology for not complying with the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.1687 of 2016 dated 16.06.2016.
We accept their apology with a caution that in future both the respondents shall be careful in discharging their legitimate duties.
The learned Government Pleader for Education appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the order of the Tribunal has already been complied with and this fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
