This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.19 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
