THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28826 OF 2019 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent authorities, particularly 2nd respondent authority, not taking action on the complaint and distress call submitted by the petitioner dated 06.11.2019 against the respondent No.5, as illegal, arbitrary.
Heard Sri M. Saleem, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 07.01.2020, submits that the complaint made by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Mulugu District, the 2nd respondent in the Writ Petition on 06.11.2019, the same was forwarded to the 4th respondent in the Writ Petition through the proper channel. Upon receipt of the said complaint, a G.D. entry was made and enquiry was done and on enquiry, it revealed that the matter is purely civil in nature. As such, after issuing a notice to the petitioner on 06.01.2020 through registered post bearing No.RN161853124IN informing that the matter is civil in nature and advising the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, the investigation in the complaint was closed. Since, a notice has already been issued to the petitioner informing the action taken on the complaint made by the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to approach appropriate forum to avail remedies in accordance with law.
Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is closed. No orders as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
