No representation for the petitioner.

2. Advocate for respondent represented that the petitioner is no more and he expired on 02-06-2011 and his wife is also no more and expired on 03-03-2012 and as no steps are taken, the cause does not survive.

3. In support of his argument, learned counsel produced a letter from first respondent i.e., Salarjung Museum Board, Hyderabad. 4.

Considering the same, writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
