THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.3917 of 2016 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. The present Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/A-1 seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.773 of 2015-16 of Prohibition and Excise, Narsipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the mother of the petitioner is suffering with serious hypotension cardiac disease and that the petitioner/A-1 requires interim bail for a period of 15 days.

4. Having regard to the above, the petitioner shall make similar request by moving an application before the trial Court seeking bail and the same shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
