HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13876 of 2016 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.148 of 2016 of Adoni I Town Police Station, Kurnool District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and also the respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record.

The above crime is registered for the offences under Sections 406, 409 and 420 read with 34 IPC and Section 7(1) of Essential Commodities Act.

As the material falls short for this Court to admit or to quash the proceedings, the criminal petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners/A.1 to A.3 to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for regular bail with notice to A.P.P., in such an event, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail on the same day or atleast on the next day with necessary conditions including appearance before the police for investigation purpose, etc., 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
