HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.3792 of 2011 ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition praying to implement the orders

of the 2nd respondent dated 16.11.2009, where under the 2nd respondent has determined the amount payable to him, which comes to Rs.6,27,384/-. By way of interim relief, petitioner sought for release of this amount. This Court by order dated 18.02.2011 granted interim direction as prayed for.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner nor the learned standing counsel for respondents are able to state whether the amount as directed by this Court was released. On 22.07.2016, this matter was adjourned only to ascertain the actual payment of money as directed by this Court. Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and respondents 3 and 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing 2nd respondent states that insofar as the Commissioner is concerned, he has already passed the orders and release of the money is the responsibility of the College Management and the 3rd respondent.

3. Since the interim order passed by this Court on 18.02.2011 substantively attends to the grievance of the petitioner, the said interim order is made final and the writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. No costs.
