THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2925 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, for early disposal of O.S.NO.100 of 2011. The plaintiff, who is the petitioner herein, filed O.S.No.100 of 2011 seeking a direction to the defendant to deliver the possession of the plaint schedule property to the plaintiff. A perusal of the docket proceedings would show that since 22.09.2011 the said suit underwent number of adjournments without any progress. Hence, he filed the present C.R.P. seeking a direction for early disposal of the suit. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the suit is of the year 2011, the trial Court shall take steps for early disposal of O.S.No.100 of 2011.
