O R D E R

The main prayer of the petitioners in this case was with regard to allowing them to submit their applications for recruitment to the post of Salesman at Bhadrachalam Division of the Girijan Cooperative Corporation Limited and to permit them to sit for the written test which was scheduled to be held pursuant to the notification dated 06.06.2007.

At the time of admission of this writ petition, this Court granted interim direction to the respondents to accept the applications of the petitioners and consider their cases for appearing at the written test for recruitment to the post of Salesman in the Bhadrachalam Division of Girijan Coooperative Corporation Limited pursuant to the notification dated 06.06.2007. In the light of the interim orders granted by this Court, the cause in this writ petition no longer survives for adjudication on merits.
