This Writ Petition is filed on an apprehension that respondent No.2, which has issued notice under Section 452 (1) of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, on 03-09-2015, may demolish the building, constructed by the petitioner, with ground + four floors, without permission.

At the hearing, Mr.Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2- Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, submitted that in view of the application filed by the petitioner for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30-122014, respondent No.2 is not taking immediate action against the illegal construction raised by him and that before proceeding further in this regard, the petitioner's application will be disposed of. The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
