Heard both sides.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for the TTDs that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court rendered in Writ Petition No. 24893 of 2015, dated 07-08-2015.

Following the aforesaid decision of this Court and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 06.07.2015 for their appointment as 'Archakas' in terms of Section 34(3) of the A.P. Charitable & Endowments Act,1987 and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order, subject to their eligibility and availability of vacancies.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
