In this Writ Petition, petitioner questions suspension of his dealership in respect of fair price shop No.17 of Mudinepally Village and Mandal, Krishna District vide proceedings No.Rc.D.604/2015, dt.14.10.2015 of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

3. Although counsel for petitioner sought to contend that no proper enquiry has been done before suspending the petitioner from his dealership and also raised other contentions on merits of the case, these are all aspects to be gone into in the enquiry which will be conducted by the 3rd respondent.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of setting aside the impugned proceedings and directing the 3rd respondent to commence and conclude the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
