HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8552 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.75 of 2019 on the file of the Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Korutla, Jagtial District, which was taken cognizance of the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 IPC against the petitioners-A1 and A2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor representing the State submit that the issue involved in this Criminal Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 27.08.2018 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order, dated 27.08.2018 passed in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
