Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that she is owner and in possession of land to an extent of Ac.5-00 guntas in Sy.No.16 situated at Kolluru village, Alair mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district. Petitioner contends that pursuant to the notice issued on 17.7.2019 by the 2nd respondent-Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) for acquiring the land of petitioner, she filed representation on 6.8.2019, requesting to exclude the land of petitioner from acquisition process. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that in respect of Ashwaraopally Right Main Canal from KM 0.475 to 6.150 for Devadula Project, land acquisition proceedings were taken up under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013 to acquire the land and in that process, award was passed acquiring the land of the petitioner also.

In view thereof, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner at this stage. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies before appropriate forum. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
