This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not including the petitioner's B.Ed. College name in the list of first phase Ed.Cet. counselling held on 11.07.2018 to 13.07.2018, for the academic year 2018-2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent University submits that as on today the petitioner college neither have affiliation from the University nor recognition from the 3rd respondent, as such question of including the name of the petitioner in the first phase counselling does not arise. He also produced written instructions stating that the ViceChancellor appointed three men committee on 28.06.2018 to submit report in respect of the B.Ed. Colleges, who have not obtained approval for the academic year 2017-2018; and that the said committee after conducting inspection submitted report to the Vice-Chancellor giving list of 9 colleges who have admitted students in their colleges without obtaining approval. In the said list petitioner's college is numbered at serial No.6.

In view of the above, it is not a fit case to entertain the writ petition and grant relief.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
