This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sangareddy to conduct speedy trial in S.C.No.227 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 498-A IPC, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the Sessions Judge to try and dispose of the Sessions Case in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible since the petitioner is in software profession and it is difficult for him to appear before the Court on prolonged period of every date of adjournment. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sanga Reddy is directed to dispose of S.C.No.227 of 2017 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible without giving undue preference to this matter alone.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
