When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Asst.Govt.Pleader, appearing for the 1st respondent/District Collector, submits that the sole writ petitioner expired on 12.07.2010 and he also furnished a Xerox copy of death certificate to that effect. No legal representatives are brought on record so far. Recording the above submission of the learned Asst.Govt.Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
