HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.11509 of 2015 O R D E R :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.1271 of 2013 on the file of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad, which was originally registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. and Section 4 of Chit Fund Act and subsequently after transfer to CID, Hyderabad for further investigation, the sections of law was altered to Sections 420, 120-B I.P.C., Section 76 of Chit Fund Act and Section 5 of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999.

The earlier bail application i.e., Crl.P.No.9549 of 2015 filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 was dismissed by this Court on 30-092015. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner - accused No.1. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 16th November, 2015 skmr
