The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not awarding weightage marks for service rendered by the petitioner as physicist on contract basis, while filling up the post vide notification No.43/2017, dated 15-08-2017 on par with other Medical Services. As such, the petitioner made detailed representation dated 23-08-2017 to the 1st respondent requesting to consider his case for regularization. As no orders are passed on the same, aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. The grievance of the petitioner is already pending by way of representation before the authorities, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law.
