This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop No.35, situated at K.P.Kunta Village and Mandal, Anantapur District, vide Proceedings Rc.No.1591/2016/B1, dated 15.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.), on instructions, submitted that the second respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer passed the final orders on 14.12.2016. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, dismissal of this writ petition does not preclude the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
