ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that her grand father late Soyam Bazar was assigned land to an extent of Ac.3.30 guntas in Survey No. 1/17 Lakshmidevipalli village, Palvancha mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem district, he cultivated the land and on his demise, her father cultivated the land and after demise of her father, petitioner succeeded to the said property and is in possession and enjoyment of the same. On 20.5.2019, petitioner made application for mutating her name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

From the material on record, it is seen that petitioner made application in Form 6-A in physical form and apparently has not made prescribed application through online web portal. Since, Government is not accepting applications made in physical form, it cannot be said that respondent is negligent in acting upon the application filed by the petitioner.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make application in prescribed form through online Web-portal and on filing such application, same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
