This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 to approve the proposals sent by the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer, Mahaboobnagar vide proceedings dated 20.08.1998 with regard to the promotion of the writ petitioner from Secondary Grade Teacher to School Assistant. While admitting the Writ Petition, by its order dated 28.12.2007, this Court directed the 2nd respondent Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad to consider and pass appropriate orders on the proposals of the 3rd respondent. Today, when this matter appears, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the interim order dated 28.12.2007, no further orders are required to be passed in this case.

Recording the above-said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
