HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8539 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed to direct the III Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to permit the petitioners to place on record the Lok Adalat Award, dated 24.04.2017 passed by the Lok Adalat, L.B. Nagar, R.R. District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the learned Sessions Judge may be directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the III Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, CCC at Hyderabad, to consider and dispose of the application filed by the petitioners under Section 391 Cr.P.C within a period of 10 days from today. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
