Mr.M.Damodar Reddy, counsel for petitioners does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to file objections before the 3rd respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer against proceedings in Rc.No.B/13/2013 dated 05.11.2016.

This Court has no reason to doubt that as and when steps are initiated, the 3rd respondent takes note of the objections raised by the petitioners.

Writ petition is disposed of as indicated above. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
