There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not granting affiliation to the petitioner institution for conducting D.Ed., Course of two years duration with an additional annual intake of 50 students from the academic year 2013-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to verify and approve the list of candidates admitted by the Management of the petitioner Institution in accordance with the rules of admission, thereby directing the 3rd respondent to accept the applications along with examination fee by way of allowing the students to appear for the forthcoming examinations and declare the results thereon in accordance with law without insisting for the affiliation for the year 2013-2014."

From the perusal of the prayer, the petitioner sought for grant of affiliation for conducting D.Ed. Course of two years duration for the academic year 2013-2014. In the light of the prayer sought for, no further cause survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
