THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.34215 of 2021 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Questioning the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in not conducting the survey and demarcation with respect to the subject land situated at Neernemula Revenue Village, Ramannapet Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, in spite of his filing F-line application on 13.12.2021, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

A perusal of the material on record shows that the petitioner has filed F-line application on 13.12.2021 and on the very next day i.e. 14.12.2021, the present Writ Petition has been filed. The present Writ Petition has come up for admission today. In the online receipt filed by the petitioner, it is clearly mentioned that the survey will be conducted within a period of 45 days from the date of filing such application.

The petitioner filed the present Writ Petition on 14.12.2021 i.e., immediately on the next day of his filing F-line application without even waiting for 45 days to be over. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition in a pedantic and mechanical manner without even going through the papers properly and

AAR, J W.P. No. 34215 of 2021 without verifying whether there is any cause of action for filing the present Writ Petition or not. The filing of the present Writ Petition is nothing but gross abuse of the process of the Court and the same is deprecated. Without there being any cause of action, the present Writ Petition has been filed only to get some order from this Court. This Court feels that unless and until heavy costs are imposed on the petitioner, filing of similar Writ Petitions without there being any cause of action will go unabated. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is warned that any such filing in future without proper verification will result in action being initiated against him as well. In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) payable to the Telangana State Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereupon, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a photocopy of such receipt before the Registry. On filing such receipt, the Registry shall submit a report to this Court. In case the amount as directed is not paid, the Registry shall take necessary action for non-compliance thereof. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
