THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.4980 of 2016 ORDER :

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner has made an application on 28.08.2014 to 2nd respondent seeking allotment of land of Acs.3.00 at Thorrur Village and Mandal, Warangal District, and that the said application is not being considered by 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana) appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will pass orders on the said application within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.28.08.2014 for allotment of land at Thorrur Village and Mandal, Warangal District within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
