This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's faire price shop, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) on instructions submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner's
fair price shop authorization was cancelled by order dt.28.11.2012. Mr. N. Madhava Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the above submission. In view of this subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P. No.32227 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
