THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.163 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw D.O.P.No.1399 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Guntur District and transfer the same to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
