Petitioners'

grievance is that they have made representations on 03.11.2015 and 23.05.2016 to the respondents to create promotional avenues to the petitioners from the post of Agricultural Extension Officer to the post of Agricultural Officer, and that the said representations have not been disposed by the respondents till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the respondents will consider the said representations and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representations dt.03.11.2015 and dt.23.05.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
