HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.23544 OF 2009 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not following the ratio of 5:4:1 as regards paid Secretaries mentioned in G.O.Ms.338 dated 12.12.2007 for the recruitment into category-V posts and ignoring the cases of the petitioners under G.O.Ms.No.67 dated 20.02.2009 and considering the cases only of the cadre Secretaries who are decaderised under Act 21 of 1985.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the 3rd respondent-Bank has issued the proceedings dated 23.12.2009 disposing off the representation of the petitioner and thus the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
