THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.967 OF 2016 ORDER:

When the matter was taken up on 01.07.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and the matter was adjourned by one week with a direction to list under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, the matter is listed today i.e. on 08.07.2016 under the caption 'For Dismissal', learned counsel for the petitioner initially sought time for obtaining instructions and the matter was passed over till 02.38 PM. Inspite of granting sufficient time, there was no representation in the afternoon session on his behalf. Since the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal', I am not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
