THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 3567 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed laying challenge to the Circular Memorandum dated 22.01.2008 issued by the 1st respondent, with regard to the eligibility criteria under Guideline No.III, and for a consequential relief to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of Cadre-V in the District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd., Kakinada, East Godavari District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also filed W.P.No.24509 of 2008 and this Court by its orders dated 10.11.2008 permitted the petitioner to appear for interview. The petitioner appeared for the interview and her case came to be rejected by the 2nd respondent vide his orders dated 24.11.2008 on the ground that the Municipal Corporation Public Health Workers Cooperative Society cannot be equated with or called as Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, thereby the petitioner who is working with the Municipal Corporation Public Health Workers Cooperative Society is not eligible.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. ___________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J
