O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioners is that the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer / Sub Inspector of Police, Shahinayathgunj Police Station, is not considering their representation dated 17.07.2018 for providing police protection for the construction work undertaken by them in the subject property. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that police aid for the construction of the building in question cannot be provided, as the subject property is involved in civil dispute and accordingly, the representation of the petitioner was examined and rejected and the same was communicated to the petitioner vide notice dated 24.07.2018. Along with the written instructions, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced copy of notice dated 24.07.2018 served on the petitioners counsel.

Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

However, it is open to the petitioners to avail remedies available under law.
