ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Vilas V. Afzulpurkar) This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 24.08.2009 in WP.No.21218 of 2001.

2. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with the following direction: "7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the writ petitioners to consider the case of the 2nd respondent for regularization in terms of G.O.(P).No.112, dated 23-07-1997, and in the light of the aforesaid judgment of the Supreme Court and as such, the order passed by the Tribunal is set aside."

3. Learned Government Pleader (Services) has filed counter affidavit together with copy of the order passed by the District Panchayat Officer, Warangal in proceedings No.4413/94/A3 dated 22.11.2013 wherein the case of the petitioner was considered on merits, as per the directions, extracted above and for the reasons mentioned in the order, the petitioner's request for regularization was rejected.

4. In view of the orders, already passed, as above, nothing further remains for compliance and nothing further survives for consideration in the contempt case. The contempt case is accordingly dismissed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to question the same in accordance with law.
